Before selling my California agency in 1993, I served as President of my 10,000 member trade association, taught agency management, and was named to advisory councils of several firms. I've served the BBOR as a director, officer or committee member consistently for 14 years and have taught Professional Standards since 2000.

My talented husband, Kurt Larsen and I have rehabbed 13 properties in the past 28 years, adding to my construction knowledge and to my gray hair!
With our son, Sam, we enjoy traveling, cooking and boating on Lake Monroe.
We love our community, its diverse population and its amazing gifts.

From 1990-2005, I owned and managed local investment properties, then specialized briefly in distressed property preservation.
Since 2007, I've focused on assisting buyers and sellers of residential and commercial real estate and I love the challenges of this business.

I'm a former board member for The Red Cross and Rhino's Youth Media Center, and have been a crewmember for Habitat for Humanity and past President of Psi Iota Xi-Beta Lambda Chapter. I have an active 18 year old daughter and two feisty dogs. I enjoy boating, diving and a fabulous book.
